ORDER The parties in the above-styled matter have filed a MOTION FOR ADDITIONAL TIME. The Full Commission grants the parties’ motion. An administrative law judge filed an opinion on March 5, 2024. The administrative law judge found that the claimant proved he sustained a compensable injury. The administrative law judge awarded medical treatment and temporary disability benefits. The respondents filed a notice of appeal to the Full Commission. On May 21, 2024, the Full Commission granted a joint MOTION TO STAY PROCEEDINGS/APPEAL. The parties now ask the Full Commission to stay the proceedings for “a period of up to three (3)
ZINTEL - H304280 2 additional months[.]” The parties assert that “CMS approval” of a Medicare Set Aside Evaluation must be obtained before a Joint Petition hearing can be held.
