About this service
The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission publishes every Full Commission and Administrative Law Judge opinion as a public PDF on labor.arkansas.gov. Access to the existing subscriber-operated search and bulk download requires a paid Tyler Arkansas account ($150/year), and the bulk download is priced at $5,000 one-time plus $100/month.
This service provides an open, free reference layer over the same public records. Each opinion is pulled directly from the AWCC PDF index, parsed for structured metadata, indexed for faceted search, and exposed through a REST API and bulk CSV/JSON download.
Provenance and attribution
Every opinion record cites and links back to its canonical AWCC PDF. Concourse is not affiliated with the State of Arkansas, the Arkansas Department of Labor and Licensing, the Workers' Compensation Commission, or Tyler Technologies. Outcomes are auto-classified by regex from the operative paragraph of each opinion and should be verified against the original PDF for legal citation.
