OPINION AND ORDER The claimant appeals an administrative law judge’s opinion filed January 14, 2026. The administrative law judge found that the claim should be dismissed without prejudice. After reviewing the entire record de novo, the Full Commission likewise finds that the claim should be dismissed for want of prosecution, in accordance with 11 CAR §25-110. The Full Commission therefore affirms the administrative law judge’s dismissal of the claim, without prejudice.
