ORDER Presently before the Full Commission is Respondents’ Motion to Stay Appeal and Remand for Consideration of Joint Petition for Final Settlement. Respondents and claimant have come to a resolution of this matter, and parties intend to submit a Joint Petition for final Settlement to an Administrative Law Judge for consideration. Accordingly, the respondents, without objection from claimant, request the pending appeal to the full commission in this claim be stayed.

Monger-H302489 2 After consideration of respondents’ motion with no objections by the claimant and all other matters properly before the Commission, we find that the respondents’ motion should be granted. Therefore, the appeal of the Administrative Law Judge’s Opinion filed October 21, 2024, is stayed pending approval of a joint petition to be presented to an Administrative Law Judge. Should the joint petition not be granted, the appeal of this claim shall resume, and a new briefing schedule be issued.
