BEFORE THE ARKANSAS WORKERS' COMPENSATION COMMISSION CLAIM NO. H101491 EARVIN DAVIS, JR., EMPLOYEE CLAIMANT BERNHARD MCC, LLC, EMPLOYER RESPONDENT TRAVELERS PROPERTY CASUALTY OF AMERICA, INSURANCE CARRIER/TPA RESPONDENT OPINION FILED JULY 9, 2025 Upon review before the FULL COMMISSION in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Claimant represented by the HONORABLE EVELYN E. BROOKS, Attorney at Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Respondents represented by the HONORABLE GUY A. WADE, Attorney at Law, Little Rock, Arkansas. ORDER The claimant has filed a second request for an extension of time in which to file his brief. The Full Commission grants the request. An administrative law judge filed an opinion on April 4, 2025. The administrative law judge found, among other things, that the claimant failed to prove he sustained a compensable injury. The claimant filed a notice of appeal to the Full Commission, and the Clerk of the Commission established an initial briefing schedule. The claimant subsequently requested a 21-day extension, and the Clerk of the Commission established a revised briefing schedule.
DAVIS - H101491 2 The claimant now requests a 10-day extension of time in which to file his brief. The respondents state that they do not object to a reasonable extension. Therefore, we direct the Clerk of the Commission to establish a final briefing schedule. IT IS SO ORDERED. ___________________________________ SCOTTY DALE DOUTHIT, Chairman ___________________________________ M. SCOTT WILLHITE, Commissioner ___________________________________ MICHAEL R.
