STEWART in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas. Claimant not represented by counsel and not appearing at hearing. Respondents represented by GUY ALTON WADE, Attorney, Little Rock, Arkansas. OPINION/ORDER This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss. This claim involves a compensable injury to claimant’s fingers which occurred on November 15, 2022. Respondent accepted the injury as compensable and paid some compensation benefits. After a Form AR-C was filed on claimant’s behalf by attorney Mark Peoples, discovery was propounded to claimant. No answers were forthcoming and Attorney Peoples subsequently filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. This motion was granted by the Full Commission in an order filed February 26, 2024. On March 1, 2024, respondent filed its Motion to Dismiss. A hearing was scheduled on the respondent’s motion for July 24, 2024. Notice of the hearing was sent to claimant at his last known address by certified mail and that notice was picked up at

Orozco – H305999 2 the Post Office on July 1, 2024. Claimant did not appear at the hearing and has not responded to the respondent’s motion. After my review of the respondent’s motion, the claimant’s failure to respond thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, I find that respondent’s Motion to Dismiss should be and hereby is granted.
