OPINION/ORDER This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss. Claimant suffered an admittedly compensable injury to his right leg while working for respondent on April 17, 2023. On December 4, 2023, claimant was released to full duty with no permanent impairment rating. On April 9, 2024, Form AR-C was filed on claimant’s behalf by Attorney Laura Beth York. On August 26, 2024, Attorney York filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Attorney York’s motion was granted by an Order filed by the Full Commission on October 3, 2024. Shortly thereafter, on October 7, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss. A hearing was scheduled on the respondent’s motion for December 18, 2024 and notice of the hearing was sent to claimant by certified mail and delivered on November 8, 2024. Claimant did not appear at the hearing and

After my review of the respondent’s motion, the claimant’s failure to respond thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, I find that respondent’s Motion to Dismiss should be and hereby is granted.
