STEWART in Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas. Claimant not represented by counsel and not appearing at hearing. Respondents represented by ZACHARY RYBURN, Attorney, Little Rock, Arkansas. OPINION/ORDER This case comes on for review following a hearing on respondent’s Motion to Dismiss. Claimant filed Form AR-C on March 3, 2023 requesting compensation benefits for an injury date of December 18, 2021. In an Order filed September 13, 2023, the Full Commission granted claimant’s attorney’s Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. No further action was taken in this case and as a result respondent filed a motion to dismiss this claim on September 15, 2023. A hearing on respondent’s motion was scheduled for November 29, 2023. Notice of the hearing was sent to claimant by certified mail and was delivered on October 14, 2023. Claimant did not appear at the hearing and has not responded to the

After my review of the respondent’s motion, the claimant’s failure to respond thereto, and all other matters properly before the Commission, I find that respondent’s motion to dismiss this claim should be and hereby is granted.
