H108821 WANDA MULDROW, EMPLOYEE CLAIMANT DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE SERVICES, EMPLOYER RESPONDENT STATE OF ARKANSAS/PUBLIC EMPLOYEE CLAIMS DIVISION, INS. CARRIER/TPA RESPONDENT NUNC PRO TUNC ORDER FILED JANUARY 22, 2024 I find a clerical error(s) exist(s) in the opinion entitled, “Opinion Filed January 19, 2024.” Specifically, on page 1, the opinion should correctly be entitled, “Opinion Filed January 22, 2024.” Ark. Code Ann. §11-9-713(d) (2023 Lexis Replacement) authorizes me to correct clerical errors in such circumstances. This is a proper case for the exercise of that authority. Therefore, the Opinion Filed January 19, 2024, hereby is modified and amended only to correct the aforementioned inadvertent clerical error on Page 1, and anywhere else it may appear in the Opinion Filed January 19, 2024. In all other respects – including but not limited to the “FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW” section – the Opinion Filed January 19, 2024, shall remain the same and shall not otherwise be altered, amended, or affected in any way.
