ARNOLD, II, \nAttorney at Law, Fort Smith, Arkansas. \n \nDecision of Administrative Law Judge: Affirmed and Adopted. \n \n \nOPINION AND ORDER \n \n The claimant appeals an administrative law judge’s OPINION ON \nREMAND FILED JULY 29, 2025. The administrative law judge entered the \nfollowing findings of fact and conclusions of law: \n1. The Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission has \njurisdiction over this claim. \n2. That the claimant has failed to satisfy the required burden \nof proof to show that an employer/employee carrier \nrelationship existed between the claimant and the \nrespondent on June 25\nth\n, 2022, the date of the injury. \n3.
