The  administrative law judge denied the respondents’ \nmotion to dismiss.  The Full Commission dismisses the respondents’ appeal \nbecause the administrative law judge’s order is not final or appealable.  For \nan order to be appealable, it must be final.  TEC v. Falkner, 38 Ark. App. \n13, 827 S.W.2d 661 (1992).  To be final, an order must dismiss the parties \nfrom the court, discharge them from the action, or conclude their rights as to \nthe subject matter in controversy.  American Mutual Insurance Co. v. \nArgonaut Insurance Co., 33 Ark. App. 82, 801 S.W.2d 55 (1991).   \n\nWALKER - H204558  2\n  \n \n \n In the present matter, the administrative law judge’s Opinion Filed \nAugust 20, 2024 does not dismiss the parties, discharge them from the \naction, or conclude their rights as to the subject matter in controversy.
