MURPHY, Attorney, Little Rock, Arkansas. \n \n \n OPINION/ORDER \n  \n This case comes on for review following a hearing on a Joint Motion to Dismiss.   \n On  January  24,  2023,  the  parties  filed  a  Joint  Petition  to  Dismiss  indicating  that \nclaimant had decided not to pursue his workers’ compensation claim and was agreeing \nto a dismissal.  A hearing was scheduled on the motion for March 15, 2023.  Notice of the \nhearing was sent to claimant by certified mail.  Claimant did not appear at the hearing \nand his attorney waived his appearance. \n After my review of the Joint Motion to Dismiss, and all other matters properly before \nthe Commission, I find that the motion should be and hereby is granted.
